So Kate is backing down to prevent Alice from martyring herself in front of everyone. Is it for the greater good of the city?
Or is it simply out of some attachment/respect for Jay Hart? Guess we'll just have to see.
So we're nearing the end of this little arc. I've got a fun little transition bit planned that leads to the next chapter too, so don't worry - lots to come.
Anyways, hope you like today's page! Thanks everyone for stopping by to check things out! As usual, hope you're having an awesome weekend :)

Also, obligatory TopWebComics plug. If you haven't seen it, there's a happy little NSFW incentive for you to check out. Just gotta throw me that vote ;)
Not sure... I guess it depends on the technology used to "broadcast" her: can it somehow "convert" other physical objects into a "broadcastable" form? I don't think she really needs them, though. Any info she needed from them she already has, now. Guess is she either threw them to him off-panel, or she dropped them when she "vanished".
Really want to see the aftermath of this between Alice and Jay... :-)
Oh don't worry - without spoiling too much, the fate of the dogtags is dealt with on the next page haha!
In the next chapter I really want to dive more into Jay + Alice's personal stuff/aftermath. But we'll get to that later, so I won't say too much now ^_^
Glad you guys are enjoying!
