So with all the craziness of a flying girl with lightning following her around, it's easy to forget that Major Hart doesn't actually understand what Kate is. Sure, he gets that she's not entirely normal (her eyes are glowing, after all) but he's probably not prepared for what's about to happen.
Or maybe he's just hoping that this won't turn into a bloodbath.

Sorry for late post today. Am sick with a sore throat (again) so slept in in an attempt to recover.
