So Kate knows Jay Hart's exploits... at least the official recorded versions of them.
And Alice is none too pleased with her apparent interest in him.
Hmm.
So I'm taking a short break over the holidays to catch up on some page drawing, relax, and head out of town for a bit. I have a fun lil' Christmas post and such though, so I won't be you all completely in the dark :)
Also have a cool new idea planned for the new year which i'm pretty stoked to figure out / get prepped up.
Remember to vote on TopWebComics! :) and if you like what you see... you can give me an early christmas present by subscribing!
Anyways, happy Sunday everyone :)
I love Jay's face in the second panel! Your dialogue is so great too! <3
Thanks so much!! Have to credit the girlfriend for proof reading my dialogue haha. She's a trooper :D
I don't think she's used to people standing up to her... haha.
Before you take this to print, you should get Alice's tats to be consistent. One page has them on the right side, and the nest page has them on the left.. Doesn't detract from the story telling, but consistency and continuity is important.
Ah, the title page, right?
She's got the peace sign on her right cheek in that picture - I think that's the only one though (I did a quick skim over the rest of the pages, let me know if there's anything specific you notice though that i'm missing)
I guess while not *technically* a mistake (they aren't actually permanent tattoos, she simply draws on herself - so they can change place from day to day / be washed off / etc) I see the confusion that could arise from that.
That title page was actually drawn quite a bit earlier than the pages (while I was working on the first chapter, in fact) and i've toyed with changing it up in the future when I have enough to print.
Nevertheless, thanks for the note :) it is much appreciated!
And thanks for taking the time to read the comic ^_^!!!
I wonder if he intends to point out that, as things are now, Kate is an exception. If the law has no room for exceptions, it has no room for her.
