Yeah, i'm keenly aware :(
When I laid out this lengthy 'chapter' (starting with Alice+Anna arriving in the city on the bike) I had the idea to bounce back/forth between characters and scenes, to keep things fresh and allow for some time passing off-camera here and there.
However, I eventually realized how much it sucked to have certain characters left out for lengthy periods of times (seeing as a mere 8 pages can mean 2 or more months...)
In the future, when this little arc wraps up, i'll probably do things a tad differently. Hart (and also notably KATE) have been really left out for too long (a year now, I think...) and it's bumming me out. They both will be featured pretty soon though... so at least there's that!
Anyways, live and learn. I'll aim to balance the characters a little better in the future.
