Always lovely to hear the insane amount of time spent hunched over my tablet is being put to good use at least :D :D
And also yes - Anna had to have those matching undies to complete that slap-dash goth look she's clearly aiming for. Otherwise the whole outfit would just look silly.

Hmm, I wonder why Alice believes that she's in trouble? Perhaps she really does have feelings for Tara that she hasn't discarded yet?
As for Anna, doing a "perimeter check" in her undies sounds like a good way to attract attention, unless of course this is what's left of the Red Light District and anyone living (or patrolling) there is still alive. Considering they're out in the open, it's hard to believe they haven't already been noticed if someone was actually looking. Now I'm just imaging that so dope on surveillance duty found them on a random spysat flyover and got himself a free show, with or without realizing who he was watching. D'oh!
P.S. Love the details or the power/communication lines in panel two, Mars! Little things like that really make your backgrounds more interesting. :)

Well, being in Trouble is Alice's default state, so technically she could say it whenever and it'd be true.
Buuut in this case, she's head-over-heels for her arch-rival/commander/comrade during the midst of a civil war, which can't be entirely non-troublesome :P
Plus... you might be right that there's a few more feelings floating around in her head than she's letting on...
At any rate - it certainly doesn't make it easy for her to maintain her angry-mean-girl-moodiness - and that's an integral part of her hard earned reputation!
As for the 'out in the open' part, it's somewhat abandoned where they are (Anna mentions it on the next page to come, actually)
But... you know... it's probably not abandoned enough to walk around with as much confidence as these two have...
That's how you end up with a famous internet video, folks.

So...Alice and Anna will end up on the Atropos version of YouTube "In flagrante delicto" for all the world to see? That might be a tough one for Tara to deal with when she sees it (because...Chekov's Gun), but she is really good at denial, so maybe it'll be okay? Malcolm, on the other hand, will most definitely have words to say and possibly shoot her...a lot. :D And if Hart and KATE saw? I don't actually have any idea what they'd do.
This is all meaningless speculation, but you make it so much fun, Mars! :D
