He warned her!
So - this is one of those pages that ends on a pretty big 'omg' moment. But if it were a book, you'd flip to the next page pretty quick (instead of lingering on this last panel for 7 whole days)
SO - to prevent too much aghast speculation for a whole week, I'll just say this : This is not the end of Tara's adventures, and Malcolm's not THAT callous.
Enjoy!
Hopefully have a page next Sunday. Got a new computer, things are coming together once more and smoothing out - so hopefully back to normal soonish
If you didn't catch it last week, I tossed up a lil' PIC in lieu of a page.

“She doesn’t die.”
“What?”
“The Princess. She doesn’t die.”
“Why would you say that?”
“You looked pretty concerned, so I thought I’d tell you in advance.”
Looks like Malcom's shot did indeed hit the Kinetech arm.
Is it? I thought it looks like it he hit her in the face
Supposed to be a voip to the head, though now that I look at it, it does kind of look like he pegged her arm.
Replied before reading both comments, but yeah - Supposed to be a head shot :P
It isn't AS big of a detail one way or another really (not as much as one might think, haha) but yeah, maybe worth tweaking, maybe meh
Even hf it DID hit her head, there will be no critical damage... lol
Yeah, I think that probably needed to happen. Tara is all fun and games, mostly just mildly annoying with her antics, so it's easy to forget that she's even more off kilter than Alice. She needs this reality check from Malcolm so she doesn't get herself, or anyone else, killed from lack of awareness to the obvious.
Sometimes people just don't understand until confronted with a situation they can't easily ignore.
Imagined grandeur of heroics, emotionally unwilling to address a not-so-solid relationship, high on whatever futuristic weed she's been smoking and all the while completely unsupervised in a war zone!
Yep, reality check incoming!
a "VOIP" isn't the same as a "BANG" or a "ZAP". So is it safe to say they have stun settings or stun guns?
Jesus Hollingsworth Christ on a Ritz cracker, Malcolm. I know you don’t want your son playing soldier, but I think you’re maybe overreacting a wee bit. Take a pill man. And use your words before leaping to firepower.
