Naaah, Alice is many things, but she's a loyal gal ;)
Tara&Alice are currently broken up, or something along that line, according to Tara a few pages back.
It did happen 'off camera' and was only implied earlier, not shown, but it will be brought up again soon enough, with some more details explaining things (though I will say it stems from THIS event, in which Alice learned Tara was/is part of the Hand of Clothos and had failed to disclose that fact to her very emotional partner)
