Just a sketch I made, and I figured i'd throw out a little update as to what i'm up to in life, regarding the previous hiatus the comic took and so on.
SO. A few months ago, I quit the job that i've had for many, many years (almost 10, in fact, since I graduated highschool) and moved from Kelowna, BC to Vancouver.
That's right. I live in Vancouver now.
I used to do graphic design for a signcutting and t-shirt shop. It was fun. But it was a 9-5 desk job and honestly... I was burnt out.
Anyways, that's why I kind of took some time off the comic for the summer. But that is over now.
I actually started doing work as an extra! Like, for films and tv shows! It's amazing.
So now I work fewer days (but more hours ON those random days) and have more time to draw, think, and be fuckin' me for a change :P
Honestly, I haven't been happier in a long while :)
I want to spend my life drawing what I want to draw. So i've been working hard at that.
Anyways, aside from the random week where I may get booked on set for 20 hour days all week, the comic is officially back to its usual Sunday updates. And i'll get TopWebComics and all that back on track next month as well.
I've also updated my "Support" page. So check it out. I do have an etsy shop where I sell digital prints, and i'll be adding to it a lot more often now.
So if you want to help me not work as much, you know what to do :D
Anyways, my complete thanks to everyone who has kept tabs on Yesterdaybound, and enjoys my clumsy little adventure :)
New page on Sunday! And I got another surprise in the works as well, which i'll let ya'll know about in a few days once I get it all set up.
Anyways :) thanks for checking in! And if ya have any questions / comments / want to chat or whatever (or even want a commission - yeah, I do commissions :P), you can always hit me up at marshallreeves@hotmail.com
Peace!

I often say Life > Comics and often get varied replies but... Whatever works best for you :D
You are on the right track so keep going :)
Haha if you're gonna do something (like a comic) then do it 100% :P
Ain't no reason not to! It'll never get done that way, haha
Wow! Congrats on all your life changes, man! Looking forward to seeing more comic!!!
Nice And it's always better to be able to do what you want to do not just have to do.
Uggh i'm like temperamentally opposed to doing what i'm told. And not in a badass counterculture way. Like in an annoying mentally deficient way hah. Just can't be content unless i'm operating 100% on my own :P
Having worked as a "background actor" many years ago, I'm surprised that you can get by doing that in pricey Vancouver... lol
Aw man that's what everyone says, but i've found the money insane (relatively speaking)! Granted i've lucked into a bunch of shows this month, so i've worked a lot. But I dunno. So far so good haha. At least it's something new!
